We’re looking for lifeguards! If you’re 15 or older, become lifeguard certified or renew your license utilizing the latest science-based training from the American Red Cross®. As a certified lifeguard, you have the option to join our staff and earn money doing valuable work.
Benefits of working as a lifeguard at the MJCCA:
- Starting pay rate is up to $16 per hour.
- Reimbursement for Lifeguard Course fees available after working 50 hours for the MJCCA.

We’re also hiring swim instructors, who will lead small groups of swimmers through a series of progressively challenging swim skills and teach and lead with encouragement and positive reinforcement. Apply now to be a swim instructor!
